Attn: This is not going to be the purchasing agreement that we send out to our future puppy families. We have been working on a new purchasing agreement with the assistance of our Attorney!

The new Purchasing agreement will be displayed prior to our next litter. Please rest assure that the new agreement will be similar to this one, just better laid out and well defined!

Breeder (s) neither expresses nor implies any warranties or guarantees other than those written in this agreement / contract. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the breeder and buyer with respect to this sale. Breeder (s) reserves the right to refuse the sale of this Great Dane to anyone at anytime without reason or cause. A signed agreement does not guarantee you a dog or puppy. Breeder (s) reserves the right to cease or take back possession of this Great Dane in the event that he/she is being neglected, abused or the buyer has broken or breached this agreement in any way, shape or form. All puppies are subject to the terms and conditions stated within this agreement.

This agreement contains color text and must be printed with color ink. Please print (2) two copies of this puppy purchasing agreement, sign, date and return both copies to me the breeder. Once your chosen Great Dane leaves our care, we will send (1) one signed copy back to you the buyer.

Currently shipping cost are approximately $350.00 US for an 8-9 week old puppy. Any puppy being shipped between 9-13 weeks of age will automatically require a shipping fee of 400.00 in the US. For every week that goes by after 13 weeks of age, requires an increase of 50.00 per week. This is due to the weight and size of our puppies!

I the Breeder certifies that this Great Dane is eligible for registration under the Regulations of the American Kennel Club as a purebred Great Dane and will provide forms for such registration Unless other wise stated. The breeder reserves the right to affix a kennel name "Kennel Prefix" and supply a registry name for the dog. Affixed Kennel Name will be (Tribledanes), Buyer will supply the rest of the puppy’s registered name. Both the Buyer and Breeder agrees that this Great Dane will only be registered with AKC (no other clubs).

(Limited Registration - Pet or Companion Great Dane’s) Any Great Dane placed on limited akc registration must be spayed or neutered no sooner then 8 months of age and no later then 13 months of age. You and your veterinarian of choice must follow the surgery guidelines that have been placed for Giant breed dogs. Once this Great Dane has been altered, you the buyer must send me the breeder a certified letter from your veterinarian stating that this Great Dane has been altered no later then (7) days after the Date surgery was preformed. Once I the breeder receives this letter, I will then at that time forward your Great Dane’s AKC registration via United States Postal Mail. Breeder reserves the right to cease or take back possession of any Great Dane placed on limited registration that sires or whelps a litter.

If you do not provide us with a registered name before the puppy leaves our care then we will supply the registered name for you.

Name choices are limited to (36) thirty-six characters which the fee covers. Tribledanes takes up 11 of those spaces. Spaces between words, apostrophes and hyphens are counted as a space.

Filling out this agreement constitutes that we the Breeder and you the Buyer has a verbal agreement on the puppy of your choice. All parties must fill out their required information, sign, date and return to me the Breeder along with your non-refundable deposit. Deposit and completed contract (s) must be received within (3) business days of the verbal agreement. If I the Breeder have not received the deposit and the required contract (s) within the time specified then this Great Dane in question will become (Available) to the next buyer. We highly recommend that all mailed deposits and or contract (s) are sent through the United States Postal Mail via certified overnight or next day mail that requires my signature.

Once I the Breeder receives your deposit along with the signed contract (s), I will then mark the puppy as (On Hold). All puppies will be considered (Sold) once we receive the final payment. Please keep in mind that I the Breeder has the right to refuse a sale or cancel a sale at any time for any reason. If I the Breeder refuses or declines you this Great Dane, then I the Breeder will return all funds including the deposit that were received by me within 60 days from the decline. If you the Buyer should decide for whatever reason that you do not want this Great Dane then all funds already received by me will not be re-funded for any reason.

All puppies that are being shipped by air transportation must be paid for in-full, including the air fair 1 week before the puppy ships out regardless of age and the final payment must clear our bank before this Great Dane is released (no exceptions). In the event that your chosen puppy can not be shipped out or picked up on time due to you the Buyer then we will require an additional fee of 20.00 per week to hold and care for your chosen puppy, these fees must be paid for in-full before the puppy is released. For those who live locally and are picking up there puppy in person may make their finale payment at time of pick up, this finale payment must be cash. Puppies may not leave our home until 8 weeks of age or older.

I the Breeder GUARANTEES the health and temperament of this Great Dane at the time of sale and shipment. If something should happen to this Great Dane while still in the Breeders care then a replacement puppy of the same quality, sex and color as described above will be offered if one is available. If we do not have a puppy available at that time, then you the Buyer must wait for the next available litter. If you the Buyer chooses to decline or refuse this offer then there will be no refund.

This Great Dane is GUARANTEED to be free of genetic disorders of the hips for a period of 24 months from its date of birth. If this Great Dane becomes Ill with Hereditary Hip-Dysplasia within the first 24 months of age then your Great Dane will be replaced with a puppy of the same quality, sex and color as described above. In consideration that this Great Dane can live a comfortable life and you the owner wishes to keep him or her then you may still pick your refund option provided that this Great Dane has not sired or whelped a litter and must be spayed or neutered. Documented proof will be required from your license veterinarian. If the Buyer chooses to receive a puppy of a higher quality and or price, the price of the current puppy covered by this guarantee will apply toward the higher price of the new puppy with the remaining balance owed. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost that pertains to the replacement puppy. If you the Buyer chooses not to except another puppy, then you the Buyer may pick a puppy that is available and I the Breeder will retain said puppy and sell it for you the Buyer. Once said puppy is sold, I the Breeder will forward the funds to you the Buyer. Funds forwarded to you the Buyer will only be for the total amount that was paid for the original puppy within this contract, minus the shipping fee if applicable. I the Breeder has the right to request a written diagnosis at the Buyers expense from 2 separate licensed veterinarian that are not affiliated with each other and X-rays must be submitted to both Pennhip and OFA for an evaluation, both must receive a failing mark. I the Breeder will also request any and all information on treatments that are/were available, all veterinarian reports, findings and X-rays. Buyer must provide me the Breeder with all that is stated here-in before one of this transactions is set forth.

This Great Dane will come with a full vet physical, which includes being tested for Internal and External parasites and at that time he/she will receive a passing health certificate provided by our vet declaring his/her health to help insure that you are receiving the healthiest puppy possible. He/she will be up-to-date on all age appropriate shots and wormed, he/she will also receive nail trimmings and bathes on a regular bases. A 2 year written health Guarantee on Hereditary Hip Defects Known as Hip-Dysplasia, a shot record, his/her dew claws removed, copies of parents and grandparents pedigrees, copies of parents health tests, 24/7 breeder support and a brand new airline crate if shipping. When your puppy ships out, we will mail out your puppy's info packet, shot records etc within 10 business days. AKC registration will be sent to you once we receive a certified letter from your veterinarian stating that said Great Dane as been spayed or neutered.

Breeder does not guarantee against hypoglycemia or any other common problems including but not limited to diarrhea, wormy stool, Coccidia or Coccidiosis, ear mites, internal and external parasites including mange, fleas and or ticks, acne, stress due to shipping or new home environment, fertility of either sex including undescended testicles or eyelid abnormalities which can present its self within the breed later in life. Puppies are susceptible to pneumonia and other infections due to drafts, cold temperature and stress from shipping etc. They are vulnerable to viral infections including but not limited to Parvo, Canine Influenza and Corona virus. Any other minor problems are not covered under this agreement and are the responsibility of the Buyer. Breeder is not responsible for medical fees, injuries and or death resulting from surgery of any kind, ear scaring resulting from ear cropping, failed ear crop, accidents or bone growth problems that may occur due to poor nutrition and or care. There are many factors that can influence growth and development, such as diet, exercise, weight gain, rough playing, injury etc. Great Dane’s are very clumsy and sustain self inflecting injuries. Buyer assumes all responsibilities for this Great Dane once he/she has left the Breeders care. Any and all of the above mentioned Minor or Major problems need to be checked by a Veterinarian and advise for treatment as followed.

Buyer is required to take this Great Dane to a veterinarian within 48 hours of receiving for a get acquainted visit and physical. The results of this checkup must be received by me the Breeder within ( 7 days ) from the date of the Exam. Documents must be sent via certified united states postal mail and must require my signature for proof that it was received. If I the Breeder do not receive the veterinarian documented proof of this exam within the time mentioned above, then the hip guarantee (only) will become null and voided. Buyer is responsible for any and all appropriate medical care that is necessary for maintaining the health and welfare of this Great Dane. Buyer will provide annual medical examinations and routine health care including vaccinations, worming and heart worm preventative, heart worm prevention must be Interceptor.(No Fort Dodge) Vaccines of any kind.

Buyer is required to feed this Great Dane and excellent diet which consist of Supper Premium or Holistic diet called Eagle Pack which is intended for Large/Giant Breed Puppies. Buyer is required to maintain this Great Dane on Nzymes, 4 in 1 Probotics, MSM Natural Sulfur and Level 5000 Joint Support for life. Buyer agrees to give proper care emotionally, physically and nutritionally. Buyer also agrees not to feed this Great Dane any supplements, calcium, vitamins, table scraps or raw diet unless specified by me the Breeder, it is the Buyers responsibility to maintain this. Failure to follow the food requirements will result in the hip guarantee (only) becoming null and voided.

Buyer agrees that this Great Dane is not being purchased for resale nor will it be used or trained for activities which are illegal. It will not be used as a guard or attack dog or to hunt or fight other animals. Buyer agrees that this Great Dane will be a housed family pet and will not be living outside. Buyer agrees to provide this Great Dane with proper house breaking, ongoing socialization and basic manners. Buyer agrees to be responsible for maintaining this Great Dane in a healthy, clean and safe environment for its lifetime. This Great Dane will not be at any time chained, tied or roped to a stationary object. Buyer agrees that this animal will not be miss treated in anyway. This Great Dane will not be kept locked up in a crate for an extended period of time. Buyer will provide this Great Dane with fresh water, food and proper toys,crate must be kept clean at all times, No Hazardous Objects.

Buyer agrees to provide me the Breeder with the name, address and phone number of their licensed veterinarian. No puppy will be released until I the Breeder has spoken with your vet. By signing this contract you the Buyer provides me the Breeder with authorization to speak with your veterinarian.

Buyer agrees to provide all personal contact information including veterinarian information upon any change so that the breeders records may be updated.

Buyer agrees to send me the Breeder updates and picture (s) of this Great Dane upon my request. Please understand that we want to stay in contact with all of our buyers so that we may follow the progress of each and every puppy that we produce.

In the event that you the Buyer is unable to care for this Great Dane, he/she must be returned to me the Breeder free of charge. Buyer agrees to notify me the Breeder if any such contingency arises. This Great Dane is not to be resold or given to another party without written permission from me the Breeder. If I the Breeder chooses not to accept this Great Dane back then I the Breeder will help you choose the right family to place this Great Dane with. All papers pertaining to this Great Dane including medical records, AKC registration and pedigree along with any medication (Heart worm prevention, flea topicals etc) must be turned over to the new owner in the event that this Great Dane is re-homed. In the event that I the breeder can not take this Great Dane back, he/she must be spayed /neutered before he/she is placed with the new family. The new owner (can not) for any reason take out the (Tribledanes) kennel name. Under No Circumstances is this Great Dane to be surrendered to an animal shelter, rescue organization or pet care facility of any kind. I the Breeder will always be available as a safety net for the life time of every Great Dane we sell no matter what.

In the event that you the Buyer fails to comply or breaches this agreement, we will seek legal action along with the return of this Great Dane that is listed with-in this contract. All legal matters will be handled within the county and state that I the Breeder resides in.
